It's been just over 100 days since i was born (wow!), so i thought i'd take some time out (from eating, sleeping, pooing, dribbling and looking cute) to say thanks! Thanks to everyone who gave me toys, cuddled me, said how cute i was, talked back to me, made me smile and helped carry my stuff. I thought i'd say thanks in person - and since i love my own voice so much, here you go - my first audio blog entry :-)

Hello friends!!! This is me on board the phantom ship at uShaka land (a big akwaria......errr....place with lots of fish tanks and stuff) Mom, dad, uncle warren and aunty tam took me this weekend - it was GREAT!! i saw FISHIES!! NEMO FISHIES!! and also dolphins and sharks. We watched a dolphin show, and there was a pirate in it who looked JUST like my uncle brandon!! I think that he secretly has another job! Hello everyone! Check out my sleeping bag - a present from my uncle boom-boom and aunty lee. I love you guys! Dad fed me for the first time yesterday - it was like soooo weird maaan, eating my favourite food (mom's milk) but dad was feeding it to me out of this thingy that looked weird, but felt a bit like mom! he did a good job let me tell you!! he even warmed it up just right - i love my dad, he's so cool! this is Allegra - she was born 2 weeks ago. Mom says i was once nearly that small, but i don't believe her. I hope she'll be my friend - i can teach her to smile!

My great gran is arriving tomorrow! Mom is so excited, she can't wait - i've heard so much about her, i bet she spoils me... i love her already :)

Oh yes, Mom says to tell you all that i now weigh 5.6 kgs. Love and spit-bubbles to you all, i'm off for a feed and nap.

Ok, i'm smiling again. My ~~pidia~~ ~~pedetr~~ doctor says he wishes all his patients were like me! He says i now weigh 5.2 kilograms and am 57 cm tall - big, strong, healthy and very cute (but you knew that already!)

I can smile, but i won't for awhile - not unless you buy me one of these. I had to have TWO injections yesterday, and they really hurt. Dad keeps telling me they're for my own good, but there has to be a better way - a way with no needles! The only thing which makes me feel better is my Mom.

Mom and Dad are really proud - apparently weighing 5 kilograms is a big thing.

Hello fans!

Yes, i know it has been rather a long time since i posted anything, but as you all know i am in demand! To be quite honest eating really does consume most of my time so alas my blog has taken a bit of a back seat! Anyway......

Life out here, as my friend Pieter Duys said, is 'a gas....at both ends!' goodness me! I spend a lot of my time, eating, in fact, i LOVE food. It is one of my favourite things! For that reason i have gained an impressive, 1.6kgs since i was born 4 weeks and 4 days ago, unfortunately, with eating, comes.....yup...poops. *sigh* these are the bane of my life. Soon after eating my other end makes loud noises (which by the way amuse my parents FAR too much, they just don't understand the severity of the problem!!!) and then, my bum feels all cold and skwinchy which results in me having to SCREAM the house down (once my face has turned back to it's normal shade after the actual poop that is) until one of my stupid parents realises that, no, it is NOT cuddles that i want...it's that my bum is bathed in cold, wet yucky stuff!! Honestly. Their response time is not great...i'm working on it ! Then, to add insult to injury....they whip off my pants, undo my nappy, expose my delicate derrier to the cold air, marvel at the colour and texture of my emmission (i am NEVER eating butternut when i move on to solids!) and wipe my bum with cold, wet baby wipes!!! Then they wonder why i pee all over whoever it is that is changing (torturing) me!! Quite frankly, i think that they deserve more than just the odd pee-ing on!! After that comes the best bit....(well if mum is changing me that is) i get my bottom gently massaged with warmed derrier moisturiser...aah the bliss! if dad's changing me, he slaps on a bit of cold bum cream. (now you know why dad gets peed on more that mom!) After that, i get a clean nappy on, and life returns to normal...for the next few hours anyway!! Whoever decided that what goes in should come out anyway?

other than that life is great...the dogs are strange...but my parents are stranger!!

Hello fans!!

I thought i would let you know about the wedding we went to last weekend. It was fantastic! I got to get all dressed up and eat custard *yum* Uncle Bran was there and he was playing the guitar, i like it when he plays the guitar! He promised to buy me one when i'm older...i'm so holding him to that.

I got to sit with Aunty Briggs at the table - what fun! I like Aunty Briggs :-)

Pastor Deborah is trying to get me to be born on her birthday....mom just wants me to 'GET OUT!' i hear this at least 4 times a day, but i'm not telling anyone when i'm going to be born. I will only be born when I want to be. I'm going to visit Dr Coetsee on Wednesday, i will let you know how it goes!

Right well, i must be off, i have bladders to squeeze, and intestines to poke!
